Delivery Within Mainland UK is £3.95 and then FREE for any UK delivery orders over £75.00.
As we source such a wide range of unusual products and many are made to order, from over 80 suppliers, the delivery times may vary.
Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING - We aim to offer a fast delivery service.
Many items for UK delivery will be sent by 'Royal Mail Signed For' service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
All items for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service or courier. A signature will be required upon delivery. All made to order and personalised items will take longer, if you need the items by a certain date, please check that we can fulfil in time before ordering.
For deliveries to the UK and Europe please allow 7 working days from dispatch for all non-made to order items. For deliveries to USA and Canada please allow 7-14 working days from dispatch for all non-made to order items. For deliveries to Rest of the World please allow 7-21 working days from dispatch for all non-made to order items.

We always aim to send your purchases out within 7 days of you placing your order, if they are not made to order. We will always contact you should an item be Out of Stock. In this instance you will always be given the option of placing the item on Back Order or we will refund your transaction. Some of our items are handpainted/made to/special order and/or shipped direct from the designer, so your order may arrive in several separate packages.
Bitsnstuff do not despatch orders to PO Boxes. We request all of our customers to have registered addresses. Bitsnstuff reserves the right to decline any orders that do not meet their credit card billing criteria.
Your Right To Cancel - You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of Despatch, unless you have ordered a personalised or made to order item. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days, minus any reasonable costs incurred. Once despatched please follow the guidelines for Returns/Refunds.
Late/Non Arrival of Delivery - If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive in the delivery timescale please contact us on info@bitsnstuff.co.uk In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement /refund after 20 working days has passed .This is the time scale for the Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost.
Returns & Refunds - We always hope you will be truly ecstatic with your purchases from Bitsnstuff. We have a 7 Day Refund Policy from delivery that allows an exchange/refund for all non-personalised items or items that have not been made to order.
We cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons on Cosmetics and Earrings. Nor can we accept returns, changes or refund requests on Bespoke/Made To Order/Special/Personalised orders once the order has been placed. We offer a full Refund/ Returns Service for all other items. Your refund will be authorised within 30 days. If you return an item that is not faulty or sent in error then when we issue your refund it will not include any outward shipping charges.
Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. In the unlikely event of a return please e-mail info@bitsnstuff.co.uk or telephone +44 (0) 208 300 2921 and we will give you return address details. Once we have approved your return request you will be entirely responsible for all shipping charges. The original shipping charge from us to you is not refundable.
We are not responsible for any items lost/damaged back in transit to us. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service. Once the item(s) is returned in it’s original condition we will issue you with a refund in the same method of payment which was used to purchase .In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned your shipping costs will also be paid.
Distance Selling By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except bespoke artwork, personalised and made to order items.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us (info@bitsnstuff.co.uk) then package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to the address given to you when we respond to your email, so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: bespoke artwork).
As soon as we receive notice of your order cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
